Stir-fried Pad Thai noodles

Pad Thai is a popular Thai noodle dish that’s often considered the national dish of Thailand. It’s made with stir-fried rice noodles, often topped with a little shrimp, and seasoned with a tamarind-based sauce.

Pad Thai Sauce:
Ingredients:

1. Tamarind juice 60 grams
2. Fish sauce 50 grams
3. Palm sugar 200 grams
4. Granulated sugar 85 grams
5. Sea salt 5 grams
6. Tomato sauce 130 grams
7. Mild chili sauce 65 grams
8. Vinegar 90 grams

How to make Pad Thai sauce
1. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add tamarind juice, fish sauce, palm sugar, granulated sugar, sea salt
2. Then add chili sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, seasoning powder
3. Simmer until everything is well combined, slightly thick, set aside.

Stir-fried Pad Thai noodles:
Ingredients:
1. 75 grams of fresh Chanthaburi noodles
2. 1 egg
3. 120 grams of water
4. 20 grams of bean sprouts
5. 20 grams of bean sprouts
6. 10 grams of chives

How to make Pad Thai:
1. Bring water to a boil, add Pad Thai noodles, stir-fry until the water is gone and add sauce. Stir-fry until dry and set aside.
2. Stir-fry shallots, Chinese radish, tofu.
3. Add the prepared Pad Thai noodles.
