Following this, head over to Huai Khwang Market, located approximately 400 meters from the shrine. After exploring the market, you will be conveniently transported to the cooking class via local means.
During the class, you will delve into the realm of intriguing Thai ingredients, ranging from vegetables and rice to herbs and spices, mastering the art of creating coconut milk and curry paste entirely from scratch. Over two hours, you will craft four delectable dishes and relish them while they are still piping hot and bursting with freshness. Upon completion, you will depart with all the recipes in hand, allowing you to recreate this delightful culinary experience in your kitchen.

– 15.00: Introduction to vegetables, rice, and herbs. Make coconut milk and sticky rice and make the curry paste from scratch.
– 15.30: Session 1 (soup/stir-fried).
– 16.00: Session 2 (salad).
– 16.30: Session 3 (curry).
– 17.00: Session 4 (dessert).
– 17.30: Enjoy all your dishes together as a full Thai meal.
– 18.00: 🌿 Special Session: Thai Herbal Tea Testing – A relaxing finale after your meal. Discover the healing properties of Thai herbs, taste unique blends suited to your body element, and brew your own cup of herbal tea in a cozy atmosphere.
